1. Shipping Information
- We generally ship with Deutsche Post or Deutsche Post DHL. We aim to pass the shipping costs on to our customers at cost, without adding extra fees.
- If you prefer shipping with a different carrier for any reason, you can request this after your purchase by emailing store@tre-alpacas.de. This can usually be arranged, but any additional costs must be covered by the customer.
2. International Shipping
We ship our high-quality alpaca wool products and unique alpaca-themed items directly from Germany.
Please note that international deliveries may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes and fees that are not included in the displayed product price. These charges vary depending on the destination country and must be paid by the customer.
3. Delivery Times for Alpaca Products
Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and are calculated from the date payment is received.
- Economy shipping / DHL Warenpost: generally 3–6 business days within Germany.
- DHL parcel shipping: generally 1–3 business days within Germany.
Alpaca-themed items, such as printed clothing or accessories, usually require a little more time because they are produced and shipped by an external partner.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. During periods of increased shipping volume, such as before Christmas, delivery times may occasionally be slightly longer. The preferred shipping method can be selected during checkout.
4. Important Information About Alpaca-Themed Products
Some of our alpaca-themed products, such as T-shirts or mugs, are professionally printed or embroidered by our partner Printful and shipped directly from their facilities.
The designs are created in our own creative studio and are inspired by our own alpacas. Thanks to modern production methods and our partner’s expertise, we are able to offer these special items in high quality.
Please note that delivery times for these products may be slightly longer than for our alpaca wool products.
Please also note that if you order alpaca-themed products, such as an individually printed hoodie, together with alpaca wool products such as alpaca socks, your order may arrive in two separate shipments. We do not keep the printed items in stock; instead, they are made especially for you after your order is placed and shipped directly by our partner.
